We offer three weekly flights from the U.S. to keep your deliveries on schedule.
Customs fees apply only to packages over $100 USD. All purchases exceeding USD $100 may attract customs charges upon arrival in the country. These additional charges are not included in our shipping fees and are determined by customs. All customs-related charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Refusal to pay may result in delays, returns, or forfeiture of the shipment, for which we cannot be held liable.
Restricted items include Riot Gear, Metal detector, Handcuffs, Ammunition, Knives and Swords, Firearm Accessories such as gun cleaning kit, Toy Guns, Motorcycles 700cc and above, Bullet Proof Vests, Armoured Vehicles, Dynamite & Other High Explosives, Pepper Sprays, Explosives of all types, Credit Card Scanning Machines, Firearms, Percussion Caps, Laser Light Pointers.
Yes. To ensure a smooth and compliant shipping experience, all invoices must be submitted as soon as your package is delivered to our U.S. warehouse and appears in your Customer Portal, or before it arrives in Jamaica. Customs requires a valid invoice to verify the contents of each shipment, helping us maintain full compliance and safeguard your goods. Each invoice should clearly include the order or tracking number, a detailed description of the items, their individual costs, and the total amount paid at checkout. Submitting your invoice is not only essential for customs clearance, but it also adds a layer of protection, ensuring that, in the rare event a package is misplaced, only the rightful owner can make a claim.
Once your package arrives in Jamaica, it is normally ready for delivery or pickup within 2-3 business days (condition applies).
We accept cash and bank transfers at this time. Choose the method that’s most convenient for you, we are here to make the process easy. We are working on other options.
There is no registration fee. You only pay for the cost of shipping your packages and any applicable customs duties or charges upon arrival.
Yes, we provide free delivery to workplaces and businesses in selected areas of Old Harbour, Portmore, and South Camp Road (Kingston) for packages up to 10 lbs. For areas outside of these zones or for packages exceeding 10 lbs, delivery fees apply.
