Using nicknames, aliases, initials, or pet names is strictly prohibited. Packages with unverified or incomplete names will be marked as “Unknown” and will not be processed for customs clearance. This can lead to delays, returns, or the package being held without liability to our company. To avoid disruption, always use your full legal name on every shipment.
